It would seem that both Maria Pellum and Jim Pivnichny respectfully have the right to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office , Division of Civil rights since both suffered from a violation of their rights.
Also the ACLU might be interested but I have doubts of their capabilities or interests. And then there is Channel 5.
