As of this hour after losing an hour's sleep, I find that I have no thoughts-random or otherwise- to "commit to paper". I must digest Councilor Burney"s posting on 'IT". I also have to mull over the Planning Board's recommendation as presented by Palintalker.

Once the brain cells have evolved some coherent thoughts I shall post, but not this morning.
