Plainfield Today questions the status of Plainfield's disaster plan. There could be a problem of unpreparedness which I hope never is tested. If I recall rightly, many months ago when the plan to close MRMC was first made public, someone asked at a Council Meeting if there was a contingency Emergency Plan if the hospital closed. The answer was no! but "a new plan would be developed if needed". As of August 21, 2008 does such a plan exist and if so what is it.
If there has been no plan formalized is not the city administration being negligent? Answers Please.

It just ocurred to me Doc that maybe we the citizens should come up with a "disaster plan" in case of bad administration! It wouldn't hurt to one.
