Sorry but I did not go to last night’s Council meeting. There was little on the agenda that could be a matter of conflict other than the “resolution allotting 90 parking places for “Blink’s” use. No fee if any is noted in the resolution nor the impact on other businesses.
Pennoni associates had two contracts totaling another 90+K. Also a contract for computers needed by the police for 16K was placed on next Monday’s agenda. Again these contracts were awarded without competitive bidding.
I expect a report in more detail by Bernice will be available in TAPinto Plainfield today or tomorrow.
Also I may have a blog later today.
