Saturday morning and off to the Library to read the material
for Monday’s Agenda Fixing Session.
There are 30 Resolutions and 6 Ordinances
on the agenda. Five Ordinances are for first reading; the six is the infamous
land grab of the city owned property on the block bound by Front St., Madison
Ave., Second St. and Central Ave..
If that Ordinance is adopted there should be a State
investigation to determine if there were any violations of City and State codes;
as well as by whom.
Four Resolutions are for renewal of liquor licenses. Two are
housekeeping items to clean up omissions by the previous administration due to
its desire not to have an accountable CFO.
I will hope to post my take on the agenda items Sunday or
Monday am.
It should be PRRELINIARYan interesting meeting.
