AGENDA FIXING SESSION #2

Other action included acceptance of a resolution amending the budget to include grant monies received. Deleted from the package was an item involving UEZ funds. Mapp noted that the State was no longer contributing to the UEZ funds and that this was not a grant but expenditure from a limited residual account.

Contracts were recommended for engineering work in conjunction with the County repaving Park Ave to make ADA acceptable corner ramps; as well as for the replacement of curbs on Plainfield Ave from W5th St to Front prior to a resurfacing by the County per an inter-local agreement. This will represent a great savings for the city.

Two Resolutions will rebate Taxes paid by a lien holder on the property held by the Charter School occupying the old Wigton-Abbot property on South Ave which had been declared tax exempt.

Most of the other items have been reported by other bloggers.
