NATURE OF SERVICE: Shared Services Agreement to provide Health Officer Services 

DURATION: For a period not to exceed June 30, 2014

FEE: Not to exceed $55,000.00

A Copy of the Resolution and/or Contract

relating to the services are on file and

available for public inspection in the office

of the Municipal Clerk.

No opinion is possible until the terms of the contract  are reviewed. However it seems that the Division of Health Services is now in limbo and Director Restaino  has now assumed all responsibility for all services under 'Health and Social Services" that have not as  of this moment  been outsourced. 

What Health Officer services are we going to get for $55,000.00?
Did the Council know the terms of the contract before voting on the Resolution? Or were they just mentioned in Executive Session? Questions asked before the vote and amendment made about the time the County officer would be available in the City would suggest that terms were not clear.

Is this another CFO bandaid?
