I left the Council meeting after 11:30 with some inconsequential resolutions to be acted upon and the two new ordinances for 1st reading. Four discussion items including the QCBL/Recreation mess; the PMUA RQ status, ,Residency requirements for employees, and about communications between Council members (and the city clerk's office) were subjects for discussion that last over 3 hours before the business of the agenda was reached.
I have an early appointment Tuesday so my take will be delayed perhaps to mid afternoon. Bernice and Dan were there and their blogs will present some of the highlights . One miracle, the phantom Dave Wynn appeared apparently City Administrator Eric Berry was able to summon him at the council's request.
