Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and prognosticated that winter was not over. On the other hand lesser lights like Staten Island Chuck and minor
leaguers Nabrun(?) Ned and some place or other "Al" did not and spring is here. Phil is being outvoted 3:1; but this is like the Republican primaries.
