Too much to comment relating to Monday night's Council Agenda setting session to have ready for this morning. In fact there will be material for several days forthcoming. I will have a posting later today, but in the interim read the Courier; print or on line editions depending on space.I am sure that Plainfield Plaintalker will give a more detail report than I could.
From the "Christ of the Andes" the view of Quito, Ecuador and the valley it lies in is most spectacular.
