FYI- THE RESOLUTION
This is the Resolution reprimanding the Mayor for the WBLS funding. It is self explanatory and represents the limit the Council can go. If it is not tabled or amended which is unlikely it will pass by a 4:3 vote., or 4:0 if there are three abstentions.
