One of the quietest Council meetings I can remember. Council President Rivers was absent and Councilor Vera Greaves acted as President. Since Chairperson of the Committee of the Whole Brown was also absent, Councilor Taylor filled that slot.
David Minchello occupied the Corporation Counsel's seat and will be confirmed next Monday. Welcome Back, David. The banquet circuit in Trenton must have been very busy.
Everything on the agenda was approved for Monday's meeting and business was and the public comment period started shortly after 9pm.
