I thought that the Council meeting's business was over when I left after 11pm last night. All that was left on the agenda was a first reading of a " amended parking Ordinance".
The two plus hour Public commentary on the proposed resolutions had indicated that our "Spanish speaking citizenry" will now be a political force to reckon with.
However on reading Bernice's blog this am I found that I was blindsided by a "walk" on new resolution appointing 3 to the PMUA.
Later this morning and early afternoon I shall post several blogs regarding that meeting. Please bear with me.
