These two quotes says
all.
“I know every politician spins
the truth a little”. Zach Braff
“Every truth has two sides; it is as well to look at both, before we commit ourselves to either”. Aesop

Friday’s papers and
TV commentators have been focused on (GW) Bridgegate. I have no knowledge of
facts and can only make assumptions as all of us do.
The planning and execution
of the lane closings may not have been done with Christies consent. That is probably
true, since he is too good a politician to expose himself to the risk of a
major backlash.
It is always possible
that some underling may have reacted to a Christie comment and thought it a
good idea. Or more likely an upper level aid for their own personal reasons
decided to abuse the power they had.
None the less, it is inconceivable
that Christie did not become aware, since there was public outrage and
accusations immediately upon the incident. To claim that his first knowledge
was just now; and that he acted promptly to punish those responsible is a stretch
of credibility.
Once again
politicians have revealed their stupidity and arrogance by believing that
emails are sacred and private.
There is no
electronic data that is safe and immune from intercepting (hacking). This is
one of the fallacies of the Obama social planners’ belief in the privacy of the
EHR-electronic health record.
Another misconception
about the HER is their accuracy and availability to other health care
providers; as I have noted several times in the past few years in this blog.
Yes, even our
President and his subordinates have been guilty of disinformation and obfuscation
regarding ACA.
Bridgegate will be
New Jersey’s gain. Our Governor will no longer need to focus on his Candidacy
for the Presidency. He will now have one goal; a positive finish to his second
term as Governor.
