A mild addition; there was one semi-earthshaking happening today. The Super Bowl Feb 3 will be a historic one; for the first time the opposing coaches will be siblings!! Perhaps it will be known as the HARBAUGH BOWL.
Also a correction to the last paragraph of today's blog. Instead of reading" As Taxpayers we should be
advised by what legal authority City funds should be used to pay her legal
expenses? Could there have been conflicts of interests in the negotiations?" it should have been better worded as: " As Taxpayers we should be advised of the legal precedent that authorizing the use of public funds to pay for an elected official's legal expenses incurred in self- interest actions against the municipality. What Executive Committee vote if any preceded this Resolution, and if there was voting, what was the individual vote.?".
