FOR TODAY

Yesterday day long observation of Yom Kippur which ended in late evening meal and the lack of desire to write a blog partly from age induced mental exhaustion is one reason that there is no “Blog” today.

This morning passed rapidly mostly spent listening to the Pope addressing Congress. I will have to read a copy of his speech but what I think I heard I found most exciting.

Yesterday was also saddened by the announcement of Yogi Berra’s passing. Despite his only 8^th grade education is was a man of wisdom often expressed in his malapropisms.

The late Yogi Berra described Plainfield’s government perfectly;” If you don’t know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else”
