The saga of the washing machine continues and could be the subject of a fantasy novella which I do not have the energy to write. Suffice to say Friday sometime between 7:30 am AN 10:30 am a replacement new machine is to be delivered.
Of more important news the latter part of this holiday weekend is to be a stormy washout. We have been spared so far the violent storms this hurricane season which can last until October.
Our Donald did meet with the Mexican President at which time our man praised the “wonderful Mexican people” Trump said that they did discuss the Wall but mention of payment was postponed until another time. Mexico’s President immediately post meeting remarked that the first thing he told Trump was that there was no way Mexico would pay for the building of any “Wall’.
Although Trumps post Mexico press comments indicated a softening of his position on illegal immigrants that evening in Phoenix he reiterated his long held position as well as claiming that Mexico will pay for his Wall,

Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson now earns seven percent (7%) of the vote, down from nine percent (9%) the previous two weeks, while Green Party candidate Jill Stein picks up three percent (3%)
