An apology to those who have turned this morning to my blog for the final installment of my reply to Assemblyman Green's posting and found nothing new.
I write usually the evening before and schedule posting at a specific time the next morning. Unfortunately I had made a correction after finishing and when rescheduling the time had changed to 7:04 PM 4/16/2012.
