With AJ on medical leave the Friday night email of the Council's vanished. I will try to see if the Library has its copy and if so may be able to post something late Saturday or Sunday.
I will be having company ( the DC contingent) through Wednesday so my blogging will be limited. until Thursday. Since I could not influence the election nothing lost
