How can one write a blog on a
weekend that not only marks the 15th anniversary of 9/11 but in
addition TV has the second week of
college football, the first week of the NFL season, two interesting local baseball
teams all competing with Dawg for my attention?
Obviously with difficulty since
the lst time I checked there was still only 24 hours in the day, and I do need
sleep.
Clinton has pneumonia a fact
that her campaign kept a secret for 2 days. Stupid mistake.
The Donald will make ammunition
about this in his questioning her health. Although he is two years older and would
be the oldest person elected President unlike his income taxes he has released
a report from one of his doctors which was written in 5 minutes saying he is
the healthiest person of his age that the doctor knows. Well that is better
than his tax records,
We should face the fact that
Trump could become President.
Locally there is a Council meeting
at 8pm tonight. It should be a quiet and quick one as a result of last week’s
agenda fixing meeting.
One item, a resolution approving
holding of Rev.
Paul Dean’s “Black Men Run for All Lives” scheduled for Friday, November
25, 2016 was not discussed last Monday although he did make a great
presentation.(I had asked him to email me a copy and I would post it)
Under usual circumstances that should be introduced as a new
resolution and on 2/3 Council approval acted upon a5t this meeting.
We have become accustomed to the bending of its rules under
previous Council Presidents and it appears such policy is a Democrat thing and
will continue.
Finally it seems that the lack of knowledge is not limited tour
two major party’s candidates but also to the Libertarian‘s.
