Most of the resolutions are of normal business type; however
there is one setting the BOE election date as of the first Tuesday in November.
Since this contradicts the recent unpublicized
BOE action there may be some legal action before the date is settled. However
it is the City who pays for elections and should have the ultimate say.
The One Ordinance
which I have not yet read establishes an identification card program.
These two items are important and should elicit discussion. From
public and Councilors before the vote.
