Again I have a full morning of must dos. Last night I made the mistake to watch the Mets blow another game to a b ad team. That hurts this Met’s fan from the first year at the Polo Grounds. Guys you will miss any playoff chance if you continue to leave men on base.

Meantime Trumps charitable donation s according to the Washington Post are nonexistent. Still having weird problems with my "electronics" but this too will, as all things do, pass.. Wednesday morning will be spent on clearing  up these problems. Thank goodness Trump has not exploded a bomb.

Yesterday morning I had two doctor's visit. The last was social, but the first involved a test. 

Wonder of Wonders; both took me without a wait and  with no delays  beyond that closed door.  I had told the second office that I might be 15 to 30 minutes late, but I got there 10 minutes early because we made a stop at Aldi's. 

Their fruits are the cheapest around and they now accept credit cards. Bring your own bags.

This is working, but I have to juggle 2 appointments with luck Tuesday morning. No time for a blog, perhaps late today.

Miraculously my computer found the way to this spot where I could post. I did nothing but went through my emails and read reports from the  Times, Washington Post AND USA TODAY,

NO, I am not incapacitated, I have not posted a blog for days because of extraneous demands on my time. Plus a Samsung 6 cellphone whose battery is stable, but which has decided to do strange things that have taken time to try to solve.

Meanwhile, Hillary has returned to the campaign, and Donald after admitting that Obama was born in America charged Hillary with starting the rumor.

Perhaps one reason Trump has not released his Tax forms is that he has not paid any consistent with his income boasts,

Sunday’s paper had an article on how Trump took advantage of real estate abatement's to reduce his taxes. Other reports note that his charitable donations come from his foundation which is based on other donor’s money, not his

At 11:30 am the news reported that the "bomber" had been arrested in Linden, The fact that he is of Afghanistan origin will unfortunately  give Trump additional fuel, He not only will abrogate the 1st, VIth and XIVth Amendments. If elected but as a loose cannon would probably attempt to enforce dictatorial powers.

He is now leading in some polls, It is sad that our best choice is the lesser of two evils.'

Council meeting report, “Yawn”/

 If it were not for the ceremonial AWARDS TO THE Plainfield Fire Department and the Plainfield Shut-In Council the evening would have justified Gloria’s once again “no show”

Councilor Taylor had informed President Storch that she would not be there.

All resolutions passed unanimously with Storch questioning the partnership Grant request with ‘Home First Interfaith and Family Service” for the Dudley House. This is only for renovations to make 18 rooms available for needed veteran’s services. The Grant does not included service and operational cost.

Director West and the Director of “Home First” stated that funds for operations will be sought through additional grants, foundations, and cooperating organizations. The city will not be on the hook.
