A Voice Re Yates Resolution and SID Ordinance

Mayor Mapp and City Council Members,

Here is the invoice from Yates to the City for all work done to date- 3/24/15.  The work was done poorly, perhaps with criminal negligence, but this was the extent- $75K.  What in the world justifies the remaining $321K?  Upgrades to Abbott Manor and a well-attended ribbon cutting?

BTW-  Although Plainfield might benefit from a CBD Management or Development entity, I don't  think it is advisable that a majority of its directors be appointees of the City government, not to mention ALL of them.
